- Bespoke AI converts sketches to NURBS surfaces automatically via its BeSplines 2.2 engine, exporting IGES and STEP. Manual alternatives include Autodesk Alias, Catia ICEM Shape Design and Rhino, where a designer rebuilds the curve network by hand.

- What is the difference between AI mesh generators and AI surfacing?
- Mesh generators such as consumer image-to-3D tools output triangle meshes for visualisation, games or printing. Surfacing produces NURBS patches with continuity that engineering and surfacing teams can trim, fillet and detail. Bespoke AI does both, ending in production CAD surfaces.
- Is there an alternative to Alias, Catia, NX or Onshape?
- Those tools remain the standard for detailing, engineering and final surfacing work. Bespoke AI replaces the slow manual stage before them, generating scaled 3D geometry and NURBS surfaces from sketches and exporting STEP and IGES into any of them.
