    Sub-processors

Bespoke AI uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service. Each sub-processor operates under its own published terms, which govern how it handles data; we do not accept liability for how a sub-processor behaves under those terms.

Each sub-processor governs its own handling of data under its own terms: the privacy policy and data-processing terms linked in the table apply to the processing that provider performs on our behalf. We review a provider's terms before authorising it, but our DPA does not replace them — a provider's own retention, logging and data-governance practices are governed by that provider's policy.

If a provider's terms do not meet your requirements, contact us — enterprise deployments can restrict the service to an agreed subset of providers, or exclude specific providers or models entirely. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
